That is not absolutely true. This guy died of heart attack while pouring into his work in New York. In China, it is estimated that overwork kills as many as 600,000 every year! Yikes! One Huawei Technologies employer was reported died of bacteria encephalitis due to pressure caused by overwork. Double yikes!

You don’t need more cases for me to convince you how dangerous doing too much overtime, do you? So come on guys, turn off that computer, leave your cube and let’s have fun this weekend!

Hi, how are you?

I was searching for my fren’s blog link in my mail inbox when I found this quote which have I forwarded to a friend of mine some time ago.

One of the best times in life is when you can wake up in the morning knowing that no matter how rough the day will treat you, how taxing your chores would be and how tired you’ll be when you trod back into your room, there is someone there who could make everything go away by just saying, ‘hi, how are you?’

After a long day at work I believe the person you love the most or the person who is closest to you could just take away the misery you are feeling. Tho a simple ‘hi’ doens’t solve your problems, at least at that moment of time you would feel like a burden is lifted from you, surprisingly you could think better to solve whatever that is bugging your mind and you feel refreshed to face tomorrow.. owh that’s a really great feeling to feel!
