I was shocked to see my favourite novelist Sidney Sheldon featured in ‘the friends in memory’ (is that the right name for it?) slot in the Oscars tonight. Gosh, I couldn’t believe he has passed away!
All this while I waited for his new novel to come out. Each visit to MPH or any bookstores I made sure I did not missed the fiction shelves, specifically writers with name starting with ‘S’. I’m a HUGE fan of his novels. Sometimes I read his books excerpt online and googled for his latest book once in a while. Don’t be surprised I watched ‘I Dreamed of Jeanie’ when I was small :p
Doomsday Conspiracy was the first book I read. That book rocks man! Then I read If Tomorrow Comes, then Nothing Last Forever and the list kept growing. I love Tell Me Your Dreams. I bought the book without the slightest idea of what the storyline would be, I just knew it’s gonna be great and I was right! Once you start reading his books, you can’t put down.
I am saddened by his demise. No more gripping bestseller from Sheldon
