An Officer Testifies..

If you ever testify in court, you might wish you could have been as sharp as this policeman. He was being cross-examined by a defense attorney during a felony trial. The lawyer was trying to undermine the policeman’s credibility…

Q: “Officer — did you see my client fleeing the scene?”

A: “No sir. But I subsequently observed a person matching the description of the offender, running several blocks away.”

Q: “Officer… who provided this description? “

A: “The officer who responded to the scene.”

Q: “A fellow officer provided the description of this so-called offender! Do you trust your fellow officers?”

A: “Yes, sir. With my life.”

Q: “With your life! Let me ask you this then officer… Do you have a room where you change your clothes in preparation for your daily duties?”

A: “Yes sir, we do!”

Q: “And do you have a locker in the room?”

A: “Yes sir, I do.”

Q: “And do you have a lock on your locker?”

A: “Yes sir.”

Q: “Now, why is it, officer, if you trust your fellow officers with your life, you find it necessary to lock your locker in a room you share with these same officers?”

A: “You see, sir… We share the building with the court complex, and sometimes lawyers have been known to walk through that room.”

The courtroom erupted in laughter, and a prompt recess was called.

Fuhhh.. mmg kebas duduk atas moto dr Ampang Jaya ke Shah Alam. Gila lama! Dkt satu jam jugalah aku merempit. Aku tak sure jln yg aku ikut tu jln terpantas ke bkn tp tula satu²nya jln plg dkt yg aku tau

Aku plan nak kerja arini tp disebabkan oleh kesakitan kepala yg tak mengizinkan maka aku pon batalkanlah niat suci lagi murni tu.

Perjalanan hari ini dimulakan dgn kenduri kahwin Awin kat Putrajaya. Klu aku jd kerja arini, aku akan lunch dlu kat kenduri pastu baru pegi keje hehe.. Boleh je nak follow bdk² lain yg pergi jugak tapi aku ada mission: deliver kad jemputan Mus. Hari ni aku berjaya jumpa Peti yg dah bertahun² aku tak jumpa. Aku rasa last jumpa dlu sblm dia kawen, minum kat Tmn U dkt kedai yg namanya start dgn huruf “D” aku rasa.. skrg ni dah beranak dua. Lamakan? Aku tersesat sket tadi, tersalah masuk traffic light. Pdnla aku tak jumpa kedai Dunlop yg dia suruh cari. Sambil ngeteh sambil cerita pasal perkembangan kawan², pergh mmg best! Rajin²kanlah diri jumpa old frens, best wa cakap lu!

Org akan terkejut bila dgr aku jln² dgn moto. Well.. I enjoy riding so much. I feel free.. free from traffic jam! So far I managed to rempit without much difficulties, praise to Allah. Klu rasa nak cabar keberanian diri sendiri, KL adalah tpt yg paling seswai. Owh sgt byk utk kau perhatikan dan kau fokuskan semasa merempit, aku takleh bayangkan macam mana mencabarnya driving kat KL bg org² yg baru bermukim kat sini.

Dulu uni aku sblh umah aku je.. hari² berulang takde rasa apa². Dkt sgt, nk jogging balik umah pon buleh tapi lepas tu pancit, tiga hari tiga malam kena tdo tuk pulihkan tenaga hehe.. Since dlu² aku main jln dkt² je, aku rasa part paling mencabar adalah part nak cross jln besar kat Tmn U.. siapa ingat, nk cross dr simpang dpn Maybank ke jln menuju UTM? Haha! Tu mmg ngeri + mencabar gila, lebih² lagi klu baru dpt P. Skrg jln tu dah tutup dah so the thrill of getting to the other side of the road hanya tinggal kenangan..

Actually.. I can’t afford to have a car yet so aku kenala merempit sampai kumampu utk memiliki sebuah Honda! Hahaha!

If you happen to be in China, don’t get too excited to spend your money on the electronics gadgets over there. The mail I received said this is the pendrive a fren of the writer’s fren bought in China. I don’t know how true this story is but I’m sure this kind of thing wont be in my shopping list! :p

aku kna balik umah sblm org dtg keje.. aku tak tahan tgk dressing aku yg teramat² sgt²lah cun ni.. uniform kilang panasonic pasir gudang & senai yg awek² gerek asyik komplenkan lagi cun dr dressing aku skrg ni hehehe

aku harap tadi aku backup folder project yg betul!
